The application deadline is May 13, 2026. Applicants are strongly advised to submit their applications well before the deadline.
The AKU Admission Test is scheduled for Saturday, July 4, 2026.
To be eligible for the ASDH program, applicants must hold a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSSC) in Pre-Medical or an equivalent qualification with a minimum score of 50%.
Please note that applicants are permitted a maximum of two attempts to apply for the ASDH program.

Yes. The AKU Admission Test will also be conducted at several international test centres.
Overseas test centres include:
Chicago, Dar es Salaam, Dubai, Edmonton, Houston, Iran, Kabul, Kampala, Khorog, London, Nairobi, Riyadh, Syria, and Toronto.
Yes. Additional overseas test centres may be confirmed if at least 10 candidates register to take the test at that location.
It is not recommended to wait until the last day. Since deadlines are usually not extended, applicants should submit their applications early to avoid any last-minute issues.
Mahida Academy operates primarily through an online LMS-based platform, allowing students to access courses from anywhere.
AKU does not officially release past papers. However, Mahida Academy provides carefully recreated, memory-based practice papers designed according to the AKU ASDH test pattern.
